Pitching coach does poor job developing pitchers


We’ve seen same thing every year with Coach F. Pitching staff starts out well. Good core of starters, but he relies on same 3-6 relievers until they eventually burn out. Even with 15-24 pitchers on roster he doesn’t develop others to fill meaningful roles. I personally know several of the VT pitchers drafted or signed over past 3 years - all relied on instruction from their personal pitching coaches - not what they heard from Coach F
